Had a great time with friends! We explored the beautiful Stone Mountain Park and checked out the local wineries. The complimentary breakfast was solid, and the beds were super comfy. Just a heads up, the pool wasn’t open during our stay, so plan accordingly.
The check-in was a bit slow. they seemed overwhelmed and left the front desk unattended for a while. It took longer than expected to get our digital keys ready.

cut to the chase, here’s my take
Check-in was swift, but the experience took a nosedive. Unclean rooms with maintenance issues were evident. I even spotted a few roaches. The breakfast staff lacked warmth, and my towels weren't replaced throughout my stay. Parking can be a headache too. In summary, this property needs a serious overhaul.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my stay during a family getaway. The queen room was clean, but I was disappointed with breakfast, as the waffle batter wasn’t refilled before closing. The staff seemed accommodating, and I appreciated the hot breakfast options. Don’t miss asking for breakfast to-go bags!

Unboxing my experience
Spent two nights in a spacious and clean room that felt inviting. The variety of breakfast options catered to all tastes, and the cold air conditioning was a blessing. Friendly staff added warmth to my stay, and the location offered convenience to local eateries. An average experience with room for improvement in some areas, but a good value overall.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free internet, 24-hour reception, and outdoor pool. During my first visit, the staff recommended delicious restaurants, which I'm grateful for. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

missingWrote a review on Aug 09unsettling door
That door lock issue? Unsettling, especially when I had to wrestle with it each time I left the room. it felt like I was playing a game of security roulette. The cleanliness of the carpet was questionable, with some crumbs and even an overlooked snack lurking under the bed, which left me feeling a bit uneasy about the thoroughness of the housekeeping. Also, the pool had a rough surface that didn't do my feet any favors—definitely not the type of relaxation I signed up for. Might want to keep your eyes peeled for maintenance, especially the elevator situation, as it seemed a little outdated. And if you're a waffle fan, you might want to get there early because I overheard a few folks grumbling about running out of batter.
